Terms and Conditions

Listrop Italia Incoming is able to supply tourist services in Italy.

Each request has to be followed by a written confirmation to the given e-mail or fax.

Each reservation has to be followed by a deposit of at least 30% of the total amount, by bank transfer, in order to execute the order.

The reservation is valid only when Listrop Italia Incoming confirms the acceptance of the reservation that must be followed by the first deposit.

Once the reservation is confirmed the cancellation fees are as follow:
•  30% of total amount if any cancellation until 30 days prior client's departure;
•  75% of total amount if any cancellation from 29th to 3rd days prior client's arrival;
•  100% of total amount if any cancellation after the 3rd day prior client's arrival.

No pay back in any case of late arrival, no-show, and departure before the end of the stay.

Full payment has to be done 21 days prior client's arrival.

Number of booked people may change without any penalty in between of 10% more or less of booked and confirmed number of persons.

Quotations based on minimum 25 paying guests.

All hotel categories are official categories, as given by the local tourist board.

All indicated rates are in €.

Listrop Italia Incoming is not responsable for missing travel documents during the travel.

Every reservation accepted by Listrop Italia Incoming is in execution of the international western european tourist law. In any case the responsability of the organisers may not exceed these limits.

Listrop Italia Incoming may sell very competitive insurance regarding medical assistance, lost or damaged baggages, during your travel.

Student groups will be accomodated in three and four-bedded rooms, while adult groups in double and single rooms.
